EFT Tapping for Depression and Anxiety

Hello,

I’m so excited to write to you today! If you’ve been reading my emails you know that I’ve been struggling and walking through a really difficult time.

I’m excited because I found a new tool that is really helping me and I really hope it will help some of you too.

The tool is called the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Which sounds really fancy but I promise it’s really simple!

You just tap on certain pressure points on your face and body while repeating certain phrases. I know it sounds totally wacky but I did it for an hour last night and it helped me SO much.

I felt better today than I’ve felt in a long time and I really think it’s from doing EFT. I did a little bit this morning and I’m going to do a little before I go to sleep tonight.

I will link the videos I used for you guys below but there are tons of free videos on YouTube you can try. I was really having a hard time last night and did it for an hour but most of the videos take less than ten minutes!

It’s really easy to do you just follow along with the video and repeat the statements out loud. It might feel weird at first and you might have to try it a few times to notice a difference.
