Hello!

I hope you’re doing well. Every time I read the news lately my heart just aches.

Everything feels so dark and I feel so powerless.

I feel called more than ever to talk about mental health and get the tools and ideas I’ve been using to heal and live a positive life into the hands of more people.

I believe the world desperately needs us to shine brightly by living our truth.

The world heals when we heal.

The world laughs when we laugh.

When you show up as your most authentic self and refuse to hide you give others permission to do the same.

When you refuse to settle for a boring life and claim a juicy AF life for yourself you inspire others to do the same.

When you’re vulnerable and speak your truth you show others how they can do the same.

When you refuse to hide and let your most weird and authentic self be seen you show others what’s possible.

When you embrace the things that make you feel passionate and good you spread that energy with others.

More than anything I hope this blog post inspires you to lean into life a little more this weekend. Hold space for deep and transformative conversations. Give extra compliments. Let your real authentic self be seen. Commit a random act of kindness. Dance. Sing. Whatever brings you to life.

There are a thousand tiny ways we can create light during times of darkness.

The truth is we’re not powerless and it’s time to take our power back.

In times of struggle, we light the way. It’s not time to disconnect or accept the darkness. It’s time to be the mother fucking lighthouse.

It’s time to step up, it’s time to go big and it’s time to shine bright.

I hope you have a great evening,

Faith
