Managing mental health can be a long and lonely journey. There have been so many times when my depression and anxiety made me feel completely alone.

It didn’t feel like there was anyone else that understood what I was feeling or the challenges I was going through. If you’re feeling like this I want you to know you’re not alone. There are so many of us out here working on our mental health every single day.

If you’re looking for a place to be around likeminded people that understand what you’re going to I suggest you join the Facebook groups below.

Radical Transformation Mental Health Support Group (ladies only)

This is the group that I started and has now grown to over 3,000 amazing women who are all on a mental health journey. This is a great community to join to get support. The women in that group are so thoughtful and I am always amazed at the great advice that they give each other. I would love to have you come join!

Uplevel Your Mindset and Happiness with Tia Harding

This group is run by Tia Harding who is an internet friend of mine and runs an awesome mental health blog. If you want to join a smaller group that is run with a lot of intention this is the group for you. The group focuses on changing your mindset to help you feel better and take your life to the next level.

Slay Baby Collective

I’ve met some really awesome women in this group! It’s Cara Alwill Leyba’s online girl gang and it is full of really badass ladies. I am always inspired by the awesome projects everyone is working on. If you want to be around a community of women who are killing it this is the Facebook group for you!

Soul Sisterhood

This is a beautiful community that is specifically about making self-care a part of your everyday life. If you’re looking to make self-care a priority I suggest you join this group for some inspiration. The women in this group are very kind and supportive and I really like the vibe of this group.
